What to Expect From a Session with

Abbey Normal & Joseph Bradley

What Are My Options?

Psychic Sessions with Abbey Normal and Joseph Bradley are completed via Pre-Recorded Video (Non-Live Session).  This provides the client with a perpetual gift of energy work and wisdom that can be referred back to and drawn upon forever, and is no way different in format or quality than what Abbey would offer the client during a live session.  Live sessions are available to those who book a Psychic Mentoring Session, all other Psychic Services are provided through Pre-Recorded Video.  A link to view your completed session will be provided within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time of your session.

Pre-Recorded Video (Non-Live Session):

Completed sessions are uploaded privately to YouTube, and an unlisted link is shared within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time of the session.  Unlisted links are 100% confidential. Nobody will have access to any client’s session except for those whom the link is shared with by the client.  If the client would like their sessions with Abbey Normal & Joseph Bradley shared on Abbey’s Psychic Services channel on YouTube, they must indicate this at time of booking.  Abbey cannot guarantee your sessions will post on Abbey's Psychic Services YouTube channel, however, the intention is always there to post every session.  Sessions that haven't posted yet are often delayed due to a combination of factors, such as the extra time to prepare a publicly shared video, the current volume of sessions, and personal life responsibilities.
 

High Priority:

Abbey and Joseph are often booked weeks in advance.  If you would like your session completed ahead of schedule, please indicate that at time of booking.  You will find an option to add-on to your order a 48-Hour or 14-Day High Priority completion.  Please book your session for any available date/time.  Abbey will then reschedule your session within the requested time frame and will work with Joseph Bradley to have both of your sessions completed and emailed to you as soon as possible.  If you would like your High Priority session completed by private or public YouTube video, a link will be provided within 48 hours of your rescheduled date/time.  If you request a session completed by voice recording, you will receive an email with your voice recorded sessions attached on the same day as the reschedule.

There are times throughout the year where High Priority completion is not available.  This is normal, and often times it will come available again within a few days, up to a week.  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Please give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel.

All Sales are final.  Fees are non-refundable but can be used towards another service of your choice within 30 days from time of purchase.

Abbey Normal reserves the right to refuse appointments with anyone she chooses. In this situation, a full refund will be returned to the purchaser.

Rescheduling Your Appointment:

Clients and/or participants must be 18 years or older to book a session, unless the session is ordered by a parent.  In this case, sessions will be provided to the parent first, who will then have to practice a level of discernment on whether or not they want to provide it to their child.
